1. About these terms

These terms are between you and NOAHSURE GROUP LIMITED, company number 12364489. They cover the Sentinel website, web app, browser plugin and desktop app. You must be 18 or over to use Sentinel.

2. Your account and permissions

Keep your sign-in details safe. You choose what each agent may do through its skill tree, your limits, approvals and the kill switch, and you are responsible for the permissions you switch on. By default agents act without asking; if you set a skill to Ask, approving a step allows that one exact step only.

3. What you must not do

• Break the law, including laws on privacy, marketing, nuisance or silent calls, and telephone recording.
• Call anyone without a lawful reason, call emergency or premium numbers, harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone.
• Use agents to get into accounts or systems you are not authorised to use, or to break other sites' rules.
• Try to get around Sentinel's limits, security checks or other users' data.
• Generate or send unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

4. AI output

Agents use AI and can be wrong, incomplete or misled by content they read. Output is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Check important results before you rely on them.

5. Phone calls

Caller agents phone only the numbers you give, at the times you set, and tell the person they are speaking to an AI assistant. You are responsible for having the right to contact that person. We may block numbers, countries or volumes to prevent misuse.

6. Third-party services

Sentinel relies on other providers: hosting, AI models, telephony and the websites agents read. Their availability and terms are outside our control. The privacy notice names them.

7. Your content

You keep your rights in what you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You must have the right to submit it. We do not claim ownership of agent output created for you. To be confirmed: content licence wording

8. Price and payment

Sentinel is currently offered without published prices. To be confirmed: pricing, billing and refund terms

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Sentinel at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, to protect other people or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To be confirmed: any business-customer liability terms

11. Complaints and law

Please email complaints to info@noahsure.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the mandatory protections and court rights of where you live.
